Information on Buckhead Schools
Buckhead is known for its wonderful public schools and many private schools. In 2009 we saw three of the public schools open Primary School locations to ease overcrowding. In 2010 the City of Atlanta public school system announced that they are in the process of negotiating a deal to build a new high school campus. The current North Atlanta High School campus will become a second middle school for the Buckhead elementary schools to feed into. Below is a list of the public schools that most Buckhead neighborhoods feed into:
