Buyer Needs a House in Buckhead/Sandy Springs between $450-$550,000

Carol and I have a family moving to Atlanta and they are looking for a house in Buckhead, Brookhaven, or Sandy Springs area (Jackson, Sarah Smith, E. Rivers, Morris Brandon, Highpoint Elementary). We need a house that has at least 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, or even better, 4 bedrooms priced between $450,000 and $550,000. If it only has 3 bedrooms we need it to have an extra room, bonus room or separate family room. We have seen everything on the market as of May 1st.
